This IFPQ seeks a qualified small‑business or disabled‑veteran‑owned firm to remove an existing rolling gate and install a new 8‑ft × 25‑ft wrought‑iron rolling gate with motor, keypad, card readers, and associated electrical and concrete work at a Caltrans site in Madera County. The contractor must hold a C‑13 (Fencing) or Class A General Engineering license, be DGS‑certified SB/MB/DVBE, maintain current DIR registration, and provide all labor, materials, permits, insurance, and a 100 % payment bond. The project is budgeted up to $461,000, with work expected to begin late June 2026 and be completed within six months.
• Remove and dispose of the existing gate in compliance with SB 1383 waste‑recycling requirements.
• Fabricate and install a black‑finished, wrought‑iron rolling gate, motor, keypad/card‑reader system, concrete pads, bollard posts, and signage.
• Perform testing, alignment, UL‑325 Class 3 certification, and provide three sets of operating manuals.
