The State of Maine is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive custodial and janitorial services for Field Maintenance Shop #1 in Saco, covering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual cleaning tasks, as well as a separate hourly‑rate component for special‑event cleaning. The contract will run for an initial one‑year period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with two optional two‑year extensions, potentially extending the performance window to five years total. Vendors must supply all required equipment (HEPA‑filter vacuums, carpet‑extractors, floor buffers) and consumables (paper products, PFAS‑free shower curtains) and must meet stringent vetting, insurance, and security requirements.
