Installation of Heated Auxiliary Drain Cabinets and Dry Valves and OS&Y valves

The County of Fairfax is seeking a vendor to furnish and install a comprehensive fire protection system at the I‑66 Transfer Station Facility. The work includes providing heated auxiliary drain cabinets, dry pipe valves, OS&Y control valves, associated signage, and all necessary installation materials, followed by testing, commissioning, and final fire‑marshal inspection. • Supply and install Model AGF5450H heated auxiliary drain cabinets with heater and alarm. • Install multiple dry pipe valves (6‑inch and 4‑inch) and OS&Y Mueller control valves (6‑inch and 4‑inch). • Provide related brass ball valves, swing check valve, signage, and all required trim, couplings, and installation hardware. • Perform testing, commissioning, and obtain final fire‑marshal approval.
