Student Chromebook Devices

The Troup County School System is seeking proposals for the supply of student ChromeOS devices and associated services. The selected vendor will provide approximately 2,000-2,300 devices, along with licensing, enrollment, and warranty/accidental damage protection services. The devices must meet or exceed the minimum technical specifications outlined in the RFP, including a ChromeOS operating system, convertible 2-in-1 form factor, and minimum 8 GB of RAM. The vendor must also provide pricing for a 4-year and 5-year warranty/ADP term, as well as optional services such as custom imaging/enrollment. • The proposal must include a completed Specification Compliance Matrix and Pricing Form. • The vendor must provide at least three K-12 or public-sector references of similar scope. • The evaluation criteria include cost, warranty and ADP strength, device longevity, technical merit, vendor qualifications and support, and delivery and lead time.
