Sources Sought - Brand name or Equal PA System Equipment and Install - Fort Detrick

The U.S. Army 21st Theater Signal Brigade at Fort Detrick, MD is conducting market research (Sources Sought) to assess industry capability to supply and install a “brand‑name or equal” public address (PA) system in Building 1435. The effort includes providing a complete PA hardware suite (speakers, outdoor megaphones, desktop command units, audio routers, LED lighting, power supplies, connectors, etc.) and performing a full installation across two floors within a five‑business‑day period. The contractor must possess a Secret clearance (or interim) for personnel, comply with extensive security, safety, and reporting requirements, and provide a 30‑day workmanship warranty (optionally a one‑year labor warranty).
