Solicitation: Residential Reentry Services Located Within the Eastern Judicial District of California. Home Confinement Radius Within 100 Miles of the RRC Facility

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders in the Eastern District of California. The contractor will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment, as well as programs and services to assist offenders in their reentry into the community. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option years. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive approach to offender accountability, programs, and community relations. • The contractor will be responsible for providing RRC services, including housing, food, and programming for offenders. • The contractor will also be responsible for providing Home Confinement services, including electronic monitoring and supervision. • The contractor must have a plan in place for ensuring offender accountability, including procedures for tracking and monitoring offenders. • The contractor must also have a plan in place for providing programs and services to assist offenders in their reentry into the community, including job training, education, and counseling.
