Budget estimate

$30,000,000 – $45,000,000

The solicitation lists a total award ceiling of $40 million for the three‑year period. Considering typical unit prices for blood components and the estimated annual volumes, the actual spend is likely to fall between $30 million and $45 million over the contract life. Lower bound assumes modest utilization and efficient pricing; upper bound accounts for higher‑volume years, emergency STAT deliveries, and additional testing services.
