Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for the provision of laundry equipment, including two Chicago Ari Chicago Elite CT Small Piece Folders, one Energenics Kartwasher Quanternary Disinfection Chamber, one Energenics Quarternary Chemical Cart Disinfection Chamber, and one KXMDHWRPC5 Replace Mentor/Multitrac Milnor. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the option for renewal or extension. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of the laundry equipment, as well as any necessary maintenance and repair.
• The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the IFB, including the brand name, make, and model number.
• The bidder must provide a pricing sheet, completed in accordance with the instructions in the IFB.
• The bidder must also provide any additional information or documentation required by the IFB, including a public information act copy of the response, if applicable.
