WYOMING STATE FAIR ADMISSIONS SERVICES

The State of Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide fair time admissions services for the Wyoming State Fair. The services include online ticketing, on-site ticket sales, and point of sale systems. The vendor will be responsible for generating daily and post-fair reports, managing the vault room, and overseeing daily and post-fair reports. The vendor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. Key requirements include: * Providing online ticketing and on-site ticket sales * Setting up and managing point of sale systems * Generating daily and post-fair reports * Managing the vault room * Providing excellent customer service * Meeting all requirements outlined in the RFP
