Description
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive water‑infrastructure rehabilitation and repair services under an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract. The work includes new construction, replacement, repair, and relocation of water mains, sanitary sewer and force mains, storm‑water drainage, and related appurtenances, together with all required permitting, licensing, insurance, bonding, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contract will have a three‑year base period with an optional two‑year renewal, and offers no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase amount; work will be ordered via individual purchase orders as needs arise.
