Description
The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler is issuing an RFQ to solicit Statements of Qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for on‑call professional services. Firms may submit for a single discipline or a full A/E team. The IDIQ will cover a broad range of renovation, retrofit, and minor new construction projects across campus facilities, including building additions, interior upgrades, life‑safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, and site improvements. No guaranteed volume; task orders will be issued as needs arise during the contract term. Respondents must provide qualifications, a VetHUB subcontracting plan (if applicable), and comply with Texas statutes, GA‑48, and disclosure requirements. A pre‑submittal conference is optional on 10/8/2026. Submissions are due electronically by 3:00 PM CST on 10/28/2026.
