Description
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), on behalf of Blackfeet Agency, is issuing a special notice of its intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation for Waste Management Services for Blackfeet Agency. The Agency has identified the tribe as the only company capable of providing all required media as required in the specifications. Potential offerors who believe they have the required product should respond to this notice by submitting written capabilities/specifications of the products to the Acquisitions contact.
• The contract will be for waste management services
• The contract will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items
• There is no solicitation package available
• The government may consider responses to this notice to determine whether a competitive procurement is feasible.
