The State of Alabama’s Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its Lee County facilities. The work includes nightly general cleaning, restroom maintenance, lobby and corridor upkeep, elevator cleaning, and optional porch/patio services, supplemented by weekly deep‑cleaning, bi‑weekly mop‑head replacements, monthly detailed cleaning, and quarterly floor‑care (waxing or buffing) as outlined.
