Description
The Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance services in the Dietary area to repair damaged piping and pump. The scope of work includes ceiling access and restoration, piping and insulation repair, recirculation pump replacement, and cleanup and disposal. The contractor must work in coordination with other contractors on site and comply with safety regulations and facility requirements. The contract will be a fixed-price contract with a term of approximately three months.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of two years' parts and labor warranty.
• The contractor must comply with all facility and MDH security requirements.
• The contractor must provide mechanical repairs and new, pre-approved replacement parts for all repairs.
• The contractor must evaluate the condition of all equipment and make recommendations for repair or replacement.
