Notice of Intent to Award to Sole Source - QIACube Connect SYS_FUL-1

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source contract to Franklin Young International, Incorporated, for the purchase of two QIAGEN QIAcube Connect RNA/DNA Extraction Systems and associated services. The requirement is for the QIAGEN QIAcube Connect system because the Government's validated laboratory workflows, existing operating environment, and technical requirements require continued use of this platform.
