Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking proposals for architectural and design services to replace the existing fire pump and associated piping, valves, and new concrete pad at City View Towers. The selected designer will be required to provide cost estimates, fire protection narrative, drawings, schematic design, fire safety construction plan, design development documents, bid and construction documents, and related construction administration. The proposal should include the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
