Sources Sought - CSU Microbiology Analyzer

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a Microbiology Analyzer for the Crow Service Unit. The analyzer should be a Biomerieux VITEK2 Bacterial identification and sensitivities (ID/Sens) analyzer, which is an automated microbial identification and antibiotic therapy system. The system should be able to identify bacterial organisms and perform susceptibility testing for gram-positive and gram-negative organisms. The vendor shall provide technical support, including a support desk for staff to report problems and receive technical assistance. • The contract duration is one year with four option years. • The vendor must meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and provide a capability statement that demonstrates their experience and ability to perform the required services. • The vendor must submit their response via email to Vincent Hansen at [email protected] within 15 days from the date of the sources sought announcement. • The response must include a copy of the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. • The vendor must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM).
