The City of St. George is seeking qualified contractors to provide post‑disaster roadway clearing services (“The PUSH”) to restore public roadways after severe weather events. The work will involve rapid debris removal, grading, and temporary traffic control to ensure safe re‑opening of affected routes. • Remove fallen trees, limbs, and other debris from public roadways and rights‑of‑way. • Perform grading, grading‑stabilization, and minor surface repairs to restore drivable conditions. • Provide temporary signage, barriers, and traffic‑control measures during clearing operations. • Coordinate with city emergency management staff to prioritize critical routes (e.g., evacuation corridors, emergency vehicle access). • Submit detailed after‑action reports documenting cleared mileage, materials removed, and labor hours.
