SUNY Upstate Medical University (SUNY Upstate) intends to purchase the Ambient Cabinets and Ultra-Low Freezers equipment with service, implementation and accessories from a contract awarded by Vizient pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract, A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for Ambient Cabinets and Ultra-Low Freezers equipment with service, implementation and accessories described commodity/product and/or service, you must contact the appropriately designated Hospital contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. Contacting any other individuals at SUNY Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. If offering clinical equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the clinical performance of the Ambient Cabinets and Ultra-Low Freezers equipment with service, implementation and accessories. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed in this ad. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.
