Paramedic and Emergency Medical Training Services

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is seeking proposals from qualified paramedics to provide emergency medical services during training sessions and instruction to BCA personnel on emergency medical techniques. The contract term is anticipated to be from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three years. The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. • The paramedics will provide field medical treatment if needed during training sessions. • The paramedics will provide instruction to BCA agents on emergency medical techniques. • The awarded contractor will provide services at training sessions scheduled from one to four consecutive days, up to 10 hours daily, and up to 30 times per year. • The contractor must meet the minimum qualifications, including current paramedic certification and experience providing emergency medical services.
