Christensen Road Settlement Bridge Approach

The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids for the Christensen Road Settlement Bridge Approach project. The project involves roadway and bridge approach repairs to address settlement issues on Christensen Road. The work includes traffic management, demolition and removal of existing roadway features, excavation and reconstruction of the roadway section, paving, drainage structure adjustments, concrete improvements, and guardrail and bridge-related repairs. • The project requires a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid. • The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. • The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The project is subject to Wyoming state laws and regulations, including those related to sales and use taxes, and resident contractor preferences.
