Description
The Department of State Hospitals is seeking a contractor to provide removal, demolition, and recycling services for 14 modular trailers at the Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino, California. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to complete the project. The project is expected to start on February 1, 2026, and be completed by January 31, 2027.
• The contractor must be certified through the Department of General Services (DGS) Office of Small Business for the purposes of Public Works & Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS).
• The contractor must have a minimum of two years' experience performing laying decomposed granite.
• The contractor must provide proof of legal right to do business in the State of California.
• The contractor must provide references from customers for whom they have provided services of the same nature and type as those outlined in this solicitation.
