Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive commercial maintenance, repair, and technical support services for a Government-owned Roche Cobas 5800 System used in the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) in San Antonio, Texas. The services include onsite service support, unlimited service, dispatch of repair requests, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The contractor must be authorized by Roche Diagnostics Corporation to perform maintenance and repair on the Roche Cobas 5800.
