Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes replacing water damaged gypsum wallboard, batt wall insulation, damaged ceiling tiles, windows, and wall base, as well as painting and texturing, the estimated budget for this project could be around $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the project will require a significant amount of materials and labor to complete. However, the actual budget could be higher or lower depending on the complexity of the project and the number of bidders. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of materials, labor costs, and the level of competition among bidders.
