Description
The Winterset Airport Authority is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects at Winterset Municipal Airport. The projects include constructing and lighting Runway 18/36, taxiways, airfield lights, and visual aids, as well as constructing airport access roads, parking lots, and buildings. The selected consultant will provide services such as preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and incidental special services.
• The projects are anticipated to occur within the next five Federal fiscal years 2026 to 2031.
• The consultant must submit a Statement of Qualifications via email by May 27th, 2026.
• The selection process will be based on qualifications, and fee information will not be considered.
• The agreement between the Sponsor and the selected consultant will be subject to Federal Contract Provisions for A/E Agreements.
