Solicitation for Open Market Pricing for Outsourcing Jury Mailings

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware is seeking pricing to outsource its jury mailings, including printing, packaging, preparation, and mailing of summonses and questionnaires to jurors. The contractor will also be required to set up a secure system for the DED Clerk's Office to provide juror information electronically and update addresses from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database for the Jury wheel pool twice a year. Some key tasks include: * Printing of summonses and questionnaires * Preparation and mailing of summons and questionnaire packages * Setting up a secure system for electronic juror information * Updating NCOA Jury wheel records twice a year The period of performance includes one base year and four option years, starting from July 1, 2026.
