The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) seeks a single contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, testing, and repair services for fire‑alarm and fire‑sprinkler systems across its Southern Region correctional facilities. The contract will be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis to the lowest responsible bidder, with a base term of one year and up to four optional one‑year extensions.
