Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC maintenance and repairs for Monte Sano State Park. The vendor will need to be certified by the Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors and have comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance policy. The scope of work includes providing HVAC service, repairs, installations, and modifications as needed for various units at the park, including the Event Lodge, Park Office, and staff housing. The vendor will need to respond to service calls within 24 hours of notification for emergencies and provide a service report that includes date, location, name of facility, and name of technician(s).
• The vendor will need to work on various units, including Trane TWA120a300eb, Carrier 1.5 Ton, and other models.
• The vendor will need to provide a bid that includes certified mechanic, mechanics helper, after hours/weekend fees, materials, and travel.
• The contract will be for a period of 11 months, from November 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
