2026 BRIDGE, IRRIGATION, & DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE/REHABILITION ON-CALL SERVICES

Weld County is seeking a contractor to provide on-call services for bridge, irrigation, and drainage maintenance and rehabilitation. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including removal of debris, brush clearing, and installation of drainage and irrigation pipes. The contractor will also be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and submit documentation demonstrating their experience and performance on similar projects. • The contract will be awarded based on a best-value selection process, with criteria including technical score, schedule score, cost score, and interview score. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation package, including the proposal response form and the public works contract forms.
