Description
The US Air Force is seeking a guest speaker to provide human-centered leadership training to students at the First Sergeant Academy. The contractor will be required to create and deliver a two-hour instruction on the value of human-centered leadership, focusing on personal, group, and organizational growth and development. The training will be delivered across 7 scheduled sessions. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the award will be based on technical acceptability and price.
• The contractor must have experience in a First Sergeant functional role as a multi-level Command Chief Master Sergeant for a minimum of four years.
• The contractor must provide a portfolio of previous speaking or training engagements comparable to the requirements of the contract.
• The contractor must submit a detailed submission demonstrating their technical capability to perform the required services.
• The contract has a base year and four option years, with a total period of performance of up to 5 years.
