Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlaying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division has been tasked to procure the Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. (STF) Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) training support for the Remote Radio Secure Voice System (RRSVS). The MUOS training will ensure the operators are familiar with the Portable Radio Communications (PRC)-162 interface when programming and operating MUOS. The scope of work includes providing MUOS Professional Training and MUOS Planner/Manager Training to up to twenty students per session. The training shall include the use and operation of the MUOS support equipment. Some key points to consider are:
* The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Systems Technology Forum Ltd.
* Offerors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
* The offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
* The government will consider all quotes received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 28 January 2026.
