This solicitation seeks vendors to supply a broad range of law‑enforcement and homeland‑security equipment and supplies on an as‑needed basis for the State of Delaware. The contract covers firearms, accessories, less‑lethal weapons, protective gear, riot‑control equipment, armorer training, warranty and service support, and requires vendors to maintain Federal and Delaware firearms licenses where applicable.
