Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) seeks a qualified contractor to perform full‑service mold remediation and abatement (with optional asbestos removal) for the walk‑in refrigerator at the Seed Lab Building, Lewis A. Moran Reforestation Center, Davis, CA. The work includes a hazardous‑materials survey, containment, removal, decontamination, disposal of contaminated waste, and required third‑party clearance testing. All licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, CSLB, DIR) must be satisfied, and the contractor must hold both C‑61/D‑64 (mold/water remediation) and C‑22 (asbestos) licenses.
