OWNER'S REP AND PROJECT MGMT CONSULTANT SVCS - HIGHCREST, WEBB, CHARLES WRIGHT

The Town of Wethersfield is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide comprehensive owner's representative and project management services for the design and construction of a new Pre-K – 4 Highcrest Elementary school, renovation of Webb Elementary School, and renovation of Charles Wright Elementary School. The selected firm or individual will be responsible for managing the project from conception to completion, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the town. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Providing overall project management and coordination • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors • Managing the budget and schedule • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Providing regular updates and reports to the town The town is looking for a firm or individual with experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the education sector. The selected firm or individual will be required to have a strong understanding of the construction process, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
