The IRS is issuing a 100% Total Small Business Set‑Aside RFQ for a firm‑fixed‑price contract to design, furnish, deliver, and install a complete office furniture solution for a new Taxpayer Assistance Center in Des Moines, IA. The scope covers architectural‑systems furniture, manager’s office, conference room, storage, integrated power and data, ergonomic workstations, design services, project management, delivery, installation, warranty, and post‑installation support for approximately 2,500 sq ft serving six full‑time staff. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of a major commercial furniture manufacturer, provide certified installers, and demonstrate at least three similar recent projects. Installation is scheduled for Sep 28 2026 – Mar 1 2027 (potentially extended to Jun 1 2027).
