Description
The City of Detroit is soliciting competitive quotes from licensed and qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new commercial kitchen at the Community Center. The scope of work includes completing all work shown on attached drawings, except as noted otherwise. Contractors must submit a written quote containing their name, CCB license number, address, contact information, and a work plan with a time schedule. The City reserves the right to award the entire scope of work or portions thereof, depending on available funding.
• The project involves the construction of a new commercial kitchen at the Community Center.
• Contractors must comply with Oregon prevailing wage rates and other applicable laws and regulations.
• A performance bond will be required for this work.
• The City reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFQ at any time.
• Contractors must submit their quotes by May 20, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
• The City will award the contract to the contractor whose quote best serves the interests of the City, considering factors such as price, experience, and project understanding.
