Description
The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Network Administrator services for catchment areas in Regions 1 and 2. The contractor will deliver client services, including Family Time Visit Services and Combined In-Home Services. The contract will be for a period of 14 months, with the option for amendments extending the period of performance. The estimated initial contract value is $2,400,000.
• The contractor must have experience working with families from diverse cultures and communities.
• The contractor must have experience providing oversight to client services, including Family Time and Combined In-Home Services.
• The contractor must have a physical location or office space within the region(s) they are providing services.
• The contractor must submit a detailed budget and provide evidence of internal expertise or partnerships with service delivery organizations.
