Description
The US Army is seeking a vendor to provide conference rooms, meals, and childcare services for the 278th TF1 Post Yellow Ribbon event in Murfreesboro, TN. The event will take place on November 15, 2025, and will require a continental breakfast and a buffet-style lunch for approximately 1300 people. The vendor will also need to provide meeting space for up to 40 vendors and childcare services for children of various ages. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key requirements include:
* Providing one conference/general session room to comfortably seat 1300 people
* Providing up to 5 conference/break-out rooms for childcare
* Providing meals, including a continental breakfast and a buffet-style lunch
* Providing lobby/vendor space for 40 vendors
* Complying with all security requirements, including completing a National Agency Check (NAC) SF85P
* Locking all conference rooms nightly when not in use and giving keys to the Point of Contact of the event
