The U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Warfare Center – Training Systems Division (NAWC‑TS) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply 25 Panasonic Toughbook 56 series expeditionary laptops for the Air Combat Training Systems (ACTS) Expeditionary Laptop Refresh in Fiscal Year 2026. This is a small‑business set‑aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB) firm‑fixed‑price procurement. The laptops must meet the FY26 ACTS specifications (Attachment 1) and be delivered to NAWC‑TS in Orlando, FL. The contract will be awarded under a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) solicitation (RFP) with an offer due date of 15 Sep 2026.
