Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking a vendor to provide license plate equipment, supplies, and maintenance for the production of flat license plates. The vendor will be required to provide new equipment, supplies, and maintenance for the production of 6” x 12” finished license plates and 7” x 4” finished motorcycle plates. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in the license plate industry and must meet certain minimum experience requirements.
• The vendor must provide a contact person who will serve as the liaison between the vendor and the state agency.
• The vendor must ensure that all equipment, supplies, and maintenance are provided to the state agency in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in the RFP.
• The vendor must understand and agree that the awarded option must have stage one delivered and fully implemented by September 1, 2026.
• The vendor must provide software capabilities from their location and loaner equipment of the same or like capability until the new equipment can be delivered and set in place if the equipment will not be received and ready for production by September 1, 2026.
