Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bath VA Medical Center, requires assistance with the installation, programming, and validation of the Logical Controls Building Automation System (BAS). The selected vendor will provide functional testing, upgrading, and programming for the automation system to ensure it is functioning properly and operating in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. This also includes emergent replacement of failed controls for the Community Living Center heating system. The work shall be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards and proprietary instructions.
• The period of performance includes a base period and two optional periods, each lasting 12 months.

• Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The Department of Veterans Affairs will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
