Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking a contractor to provide services for the testing of 75 MK8 life raft cylinders under DoT-Special Permit (DoT-SP) 1632. The contractor will be required to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the testing. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis. The period of performance is anticipated to be from January 15, 2026, to March 15, 2026.

* The contractor must provide a statement of their technical approach and how it meets the requirements of the solicitation.
