Description
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide a Yellow Ribbon Event in the Sioux City, IA area. The event is scheduled for 14 August – 15 August 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to provide the Yellow Ribbon Event in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must submit a quote that includes Attachment 01: Contractor Information and Pricing Tables, as well as the name and address of proposed Yellow Ribbon Event spaces and Lodging Rooms. The basis for award is price.
• The event is a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 721110 and a small business size standard of $40 million.
• The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the event.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes Attachment 01 and the name and address of proposed Yellow Ribbon Event spaces and Lodging Rooms.
• The basis for award is price.
