Description
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking commercial real estate database subscription services to support the Large Business and International (LB&I) Division's Engineering Program. The selected contractor will provide access to a commercial real estate information platform that offers nationwide current and historical market data, including ownership records, sales transactions, lease information, market trends, and related market analytics. The platform must provide comprehensive commercial real estate information necessary to evaluate commercial properties and support tax administration activities. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with no option years. The contractor must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements and submit a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)/Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) to support their compliance claim.
• The contractor must provide unlimited access to subscription data without annual usage caps.
• The contractor must provide data export compatibility with Microsoft Access.
• The contractor must provide monthly usage reports to monitor system utilization and subscription activity.
• The contractor must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• The contractor must submit a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)/Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) to support their compliance claim.
