Description
The County of Colusa is seeking proposals from financial institutions to establish a banking relationship to support the daily financial operations of the Colusa County Treasurer/Tax Collector’s Office. The selected bank will provide services including deposit handling, cash management, change funds, and external transfer services. The contract term will be for at least one year, subject to annual review and renewal based on performance and cost.
• The bank must be physically located in the City of Colusa and offer in-person teller services during normal business hours.
• The bank must provide online access for viewing account balances, transaction history, and initiating transfers.
• The bank must provide dedicated local branch or business banker support.
• The bank must provide clear documentation of sweep procedures and cut-off times.
• The bank must provide monthly bank statements with detailed transaction history and electronic statement access.
