32101 Badging Supplies

The State of Tennessee Department of General Services is seeking a contractor to provide badging supplies for a period of three years with two one-year options to renew. The contractor will be required to provide various types of badges, cards, and related supplies, including HID-5006 iClass 37 bit SEOS Credentials, HID Composite iClass Card, Fargo 10 ML PVC Card with Adhesive Back and 0.14 Mylar Liner, and others. The contractor must also provide all necessary shipping and freight charges as part of the quoted price. • The contract term is for three years with two one-year options to renew. • The contractor must provide all necessary badging supplies, including HID-5006 iClass 37 bit SEOS Credentials, HID Composite iClass Card, Fargo 10 ML PVC Card with Adhesive Back and 0.14 Mylar Liner, and others. • The contractor must include all freight and shipping charges as part of the quoted price. • The contractor must deliver items to the State of Tennessee Department of General Services, WRS Tennessee Tower – 2nd Floor Badging Office, 312 Rosa L. Parks Ave., Nashville, TN 37243, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Time.
