On-Call Institutional Infrastructure and Lock Services

The County of Lexington is seeking professional qualifications from qualified suppliers for On-Call Institutional Infrastructure and Lock Services and Repairs for the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. The contract will be for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for 3 additional 1-year periods. The scope of work includes providing parts and service for hardware and software, detention equipment, electro-mechanical and pneumatic locks, and access control systems. Vendors must meet minimum qualifications, including 5 years of experience in the security access control and/or camera business, and must provide a company profile, references, and proof of licensure. • The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offeror, taking into consideration cost and evaluation factors. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the highest rated offeror. • The successful offeror will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond, if applicable. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
