Description
The City of Maple Valley is seeking qualified attorneys (individuals or law firms) to serve as the City Prosecutor, handling criminal prosecution of misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, code‑enforcement litigation, contested traffic infractions, and occasional training for police and staff. The contract will commence on January 1 2027 for an initial two‑year term, renewable once for an additional two years. The City prefers a flat‑fee proposal and requires 24/7 availability for police contact.
