Auburn Hills Riverwalk Pathway

The City of Auburn Hills is seeking qualified contractors to construct a multi‑use riverwalk pathway, including HMA paving, a prefabricated bridge, boardwalk, culvert, and associated site restoration. The project requires compliance with local erosion control standards and submission of a 5% bid security. • 3,200 sq yd of HMA pathway with concrete landings • 80 ft prefabricated bridge spanning the Clinton River and 205 ft of boardwalk • Additional works: 45″ × 29″ elliptical culvert, 300 sq yd gravel pathway, erosion and soil control measures • Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on March 24 2026; sealed bids due by April 2 2026 at City Hall • Bid security of at least 5% of the total bid amount required
