ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE, OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION FACILITIES

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) is seeking a qualified firm to provide architecture and engineering services for maintenance, operations, and administration facilities. The selected firm will provide on-call planning, design, and bidding services for various projects, including the Huntington Training Facility and the Maintenance, Operations, and Administration (MOA) campus plan. The firm will be required to be located within a 45-mile radius of BFT's main campus and will need to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Key services include: • Full architectural design services for the Huntington Training Facility • Development of a master plan for the main campus and remote facilities • Project budget development for new and on-going capital projects • Addressing zero-emissions bus and bus infrastructure needs for the agency • Security review and design at MOA campus and remote facilities The selected firm will need to demonstrate experience in providing similar services, particularly in the public transportation sector.
